The Searchlight Tobias Pendant has a large domed shade, with an eye-catching polished chrome finish on the outside and a white interior for maximum projection of light. Supplied complete with a co-ordinating ceiling canopy, the Tobias is perfect for contemporary kitchens and dining areas.
Height adjustable at the point of installation, the Tobias Pendant can be suspended to a maximum 800mm height. This fitting is ideal for hanging over dining surfaces such as tables, kitchen islands, or breakfast bars.
Bulb requirements
A maximum 60W GLS bulb (sold separately) with an E27 Edison Screw (ES) cap is required by this fitting.
Since incandescent bulbs have been mostly phased out by EU legislation, Lyco recommend an energy-saving halogen bulb as an economical alternative. This uses 20-30% less energy than an incandescent bulb and typically lasts twice as long.
For a 70-90% decrease in running costs, low-energy CFL or LED GLS bulbs can also be selected. The greater initial investment in these bulbs is quickly repaid by subsequent savings in energy bills and re-lamping costs.
