The stylish American Diner 5-Light Dual Mount Fitting is elegantly designed and attractively finished in antique brass. This versatile luminaire allows installation as a pendant or a low-profile semi-flush fitting, to suit the ceiling height of any room. It includes acid frosted glass shades with a ribbed pattern, which create an attractive diffused light and soften any shadows or glare.

A maximum height of 820mm (including fitting) is possible when installing the American Diner 5-Light Fitting as a pendant. Install this good-looking ceiling light in a traditional kitchen or dining room, where it will make an eye-catching centrepiece and contribute to a relaxing mood.

Bulb requirements

The American Diner 5-Light Dual Mount Fitting accommodates 5 x 60W maximum Golf Ball Bulbs (sold separately), with E27 Edison Screw (ES) Caps.

Since incandescent bulbs have been phased out by EU legislation, Lyco recommend energy-saving halogen bulbs for this fitting as an economical alternative. These will usually consume 20-30% fewer watts and offer twice the lifespan.

Greater energy savings still are easily possible with low-energy fluorescent (11W maximum) or LED bulbs. The latter, in particular, use 80-90% less energy than filament bulbs, and have phenomenal lifespans.
